About this portal
This portal is provided by Turadent so that patients of Turadent can follow their own treatment. By using it you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
Access is for patients of Turadent using the mobile number registered with the clinic. Please don't share your access with anyone else, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for your own treatment and care. Don't attempt to access other people's information, disrupt the service, or misuse the content you find here.
Not medical advice
Information in this portal, including guidance from AI Care, is general and informational only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace advice from your dentist or doctor. In an emergency, contact your coordinator or call the local emergency number immediately.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep your information up to date, but appointments, transfers and treatment details can change. Your coordinator's confirmation always takes precedence over what you see here.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Access to it is not part of any treatment guarantee.
Content and ownership
The portal, its design and its content belong to Turadent or its licensors. Documents generated for you are yours to keep and use for your own purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability relating to your health and safety. Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the portal.
Changes to these documents
We may update these documents. When we make a material change we will ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
