Turadent ("we") runs this patient portal so you can follow your treatment at Turadent. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we handle
Your name and contact details, the mobile number you sign in with, and information about your treatment held in our clinic system — such as your treatment stage, planned visits, treatment items, hotel and airport transfer arrangements, and documents generated for you. We also handle messages you send us and feedback you choose to submit.
Why we handle it
To show you your own treatment information, to coordinate your trip and appointments, to answer your questions, to issue your documents, and to improve our service based on feedback you give us.
Legal basis
Depending on the situation we rely on: performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running the clinic and supporting patients, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations that require us to keep certain records. Health-related data is handled only where the law allows it, with appropriate safeguards.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run this portal — our clinic management system, our hosting provider, and our database provider — and with professionals involved in your care. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Because we treat patients from abroad, your data may be handled in Türkiye and in the European Union. Where data moves between countries, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep treatment records for as long as required by healthcare and accounting rules, and portal data for as long as your account is active. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask for deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Under Turkish law (KVKK) you may also ask whether your data is processed and request that third parties be informed of any correction. Write to privacy@turadent.com and we will respond within the time limits set by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — one to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Access is limited to your own record, connections are encrypted, and only authorised staff and providers can reach your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your device and sign-in details safe.
